Congratulations to the IABC/Toronto Student of the Year and Volunteer of the Year!

Student of the Year Award (SOTY): Congratulations to Natalie Banaszak!

Natalie is a Public Relations student at Sheridan College, a volunteer with the IABC/Toronto Student Communicators Circle and a Public Relations Consultant for the Ontario Liberal Party Candidate for Burlington and President and Youth Minister for St Eugene’s Young Adults. She recently started her PR internship with PRAXIS Public Relations and in her spare time she hosts a podcast series called Campfire chats helping to make outdoor recreation accessible to all. Natalie will be recognized at our OVATION Awards event on June 16 with $500 and a Student of the Year plaque.

 

Volunteer of the Year (VOTY): Congratulations to Marian Neglia!

Marian Neglia has been an outstanding IABC/Toronto volunteer for many years helping to design all our graphics for the website, e-Lerts and social channels. Most recently Marian helped design the IABC/Toronto 2021-2022 Annual Report. Marian is the successful Owner of her own business for over 30 years in Toronto, Neglia Designs. We will be presenting Marian with this well-deserved award and recognition at the OVATION Awards event at Berkeley Fieldhouse June 16.
