The Student Communicators Circle

The Student Communicators Circle is a Special Interest Group of IABC/Toronto, launched as part of the Chapter’s continued dedication to providing top tier membership support. The Student Communicators Circle (SCC) was launched to provide current students and recent graduates the opportunity to make the most out of their IABC memberships through networking, leadership and educational opportunities.

If you are a Program Head overseeing Communications-related studies at an accredited college or university in Ontario and you are interested in your students participating in the Student Communicators Circle, or for any other information, please contact the VP, Special Interest Groups at toronto-sig@iabc.to.

Wanted: Guest speakers

The Student Communicators Circle is always recruiting guest speakers for our monthly workshops to cover topics student and graduate members tell us they want to learn more about.

So, whatever your expertise, if you would like to share it with emerging communications professionals, we’d love to hear from you!

If you’re interested in this opportunity, please contact the VP Special Interest Groups  at toronto-sig@iabc.to, or Haysi Vale, Managing Partner of the Student Communicators Circle at haysi92@gmail.com.

IABC/Toronto’s Bobbie Resnick Student of the Year Award (SOTY)

Do you possess creativity, strong writing skills and passion in both your academic and volunteer projects? If so, we invite you to enter IABC/Toronto’s Bobbie Resnick Student of the Year Award. Each year, IABC/Toronto recognizes a student member who exhibits leadership and excellence in communications.
