Early Bird Bonus
As a bonus, all Early Bird entries will be entered into a draw for the following prizes:
- One ticket to the Ovation Gala in May 2027 and,
- One entry fee/ticket to an upcoming Professional Development session offered by IABC/Toronto.
Time Frame
All eligible work must be implemented, published or broadcast between January 2024 and the day of submission.
If a long-term strategy was developed prior to January 2024 and hasn’t previously been entered, it is eligible for entry. If you entered your work in 2025 or 2026 and didn’t win an award, you may revise and re-enter your project.
Entries that have won in previous years may not be resubmitted.

Entry fees are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are inclusive of tax. All deadlines close at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.
Members must be key contributors to the project. A Member ID is required for validation.
Payment
Payment is the final step in the submission process. Entries must be paid in full before the deadline to be eligible. Payment is accepted online by credit card only.
Professional and student members receive access to discounted entry fees. A valid membership number is required. Not a member?
