“I joined IABC Toronto mainly for two reasons – to expand my professional knowledge in communications and enhance my colleague network. To my surprise, I found that within a short time I was able to achieve both. I attend professional development meetings and read the IABC newsletters, but most importantly I dedicate time to the Strategic Partnerships portfolio volunteering with the Toronto chapter. Under the leadership of the Sponsorship VP, Russell Baker, I was able to contribute to the portfolio and help the chapter run successful and profitable events”.
