I’m a strategic, self-starter communications professional with extensive experience leading branding, communications, and marketing for not-for-profit and private sector organizations. I have successfully directed people and strategies, managing from the centre of organizations as an independent contributor and as a supervisor of a small marketing team.
I approach my work from a strategic and holistic branding perspective, and I’ve applied this to strategic planning, brand development, internal and external communications, marketing, fundraising, advocacy, public relations, media relations, social media, employee engagement and training, and volunteer development. I’m passionate about and committed to using my privilege and my leadership and communications skills to help workplaces better understand and integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion and nurture employees’ sense of belonging and value.
