Caroline Long (She/Her)
Caroline has been working in the Total Rewards space over 20 years with a dedicated focus to creating positive and engaging employee experiences with these programs. Throughout her career, she has focused program creation and implementation on ensuring an engaging and successful experience for employees. In the end, these programs are theirs and are in place to support them and their families! Caroline has successfully created and delivered numerous campaigns educating employees / non HR professionals in the details and foundational elements of these very personal programs, ensuring employees understand not only the “how” but also the “why”. Caroline has worked as a Total Rewards leader in a variety of industries and sectors and has spent the last 8 years as an external consultant helping organizations manage their total rewards / compensation programs while creating space for transparency and engagement keeping the overall employee experience at the heart of their projects. She is looking forward to creating engaging and meaningful experiences for both new and returning IABC Toronto chapter members.
