Member Spotlight: Marian Neglia

As organizations embark on producing corporate communications in a post Covid-19 world, most of us in the communications industry are learning to adapt.

Though the future is looking more optimistic, it remains unclear. Leaders are shifting from whether they can return to normal; to what is the new normal?  And how can we calibrate and strengthen our connections with our employees, customers and clients in this still-to-be-determined new normal?

I joined IABC to be part of this discussion and to share my experience as a visual communicator on the front lines. Since the Covid-19 crisis started, my company has been plunged into a quickly evolving communication landscape fuelled by the crisis and our clients’ needs to reach out digitally to employees and customers on an unprecedented scale.

What have we learned so far? More than ever, effective communication that gives people the information they need at the time they need it, how they need it, and where they need it — is more crucial than ever.

As an established creative agency, we have built long-standing relationships with clients and our resiliency has taught us how to adapt, especially today. I look forward to learning and sharing insights, strategies, and experiences with the greater IABC community.
