A creative from a very young age, Zaina has merged her interest in design, luxury branding, and content creation to chart her own course in PR and communications. From precocious artist to young entrepreneur, Zaina’s path has been one of fierce self-determination. This is her story.

Zaina’s journey began in India, where she cultivated a deep appreciation for artistry and creativity from an early age, leading to an abiding interest in design and design thinking. Her thirst for knowledge and adventure would lead her to pursue Political Science and International Relations at Bahcesehir University in Istanbul. She was also interested in marketing and public relations, going on to invest in online courses to master the fundamentals.

Her career trajectory led her to El Sol Strategic Consultants, and subsequently Gray Line Media, where she immersed herself in the dynamic world of content creation and social media management.

Zaina’s Entrepreneurial Journey

Zaina embarked on her entrepreneurial journey, founding her own luxury PR, branding, and social media agency working with a diverse clientele like Charles & Keith, Redbull, Most Loved Workplace, and others. Within a short span of time, Zaina was overseeing a multifaceted digital marketing team consisting of social media managers, podcast managers, content writers, graphic designers, and video editors. These days Zaina is busy pursuing her latest venture – setting up her own art store.

Creative Manager to Communications Specialist

Zaina’s quest for knowledge brought her to the bustling city of Toronto, where she embarked on a journey to formalize her education in Public Relations at York University. At school she discovered IABC/ Toronto – the city’s valuable community of PR professionals and development opportunities. Zaina seized the opportunity to contribute through volunteering.

For Zaina, IABC Toronto is a source of inspiration and a catalyst for personal and professional growth. As she continues to expand her horizons and embrace the creative opportunities that await, she looks forward to forging lasting connections and making her mark in the communications landscape.
