Irene Alifanova is an accomplished strategic communications leader with a decade of experience crafting impactful corporate narratives and leading innovative communication programs across B2B and B2C sectors – including telecommunications, benefits consulting, financial services, and fleet management. She specializes in:

Irene has been an IABC member since 2016 and has served as the Editor in Chief for the Communicator e-magazine (2020–2022), Vice President of Volunteers and Mentorship (2022–2023), Vice President of Finance and Chapter Management (2023), and Mentor in the Early Career Mentorship Program (2024). She holds a Graduate Certificate in Corporate Communications and Public Relations from Centennial College and an undergraduate degree in History and Social Anthropology from York University. She is currently completing her Communications Management Professional (CMP) designation. In her spare time, Irene loves to immerse herself in different cultures through her travels, collecting stories and experiences that inspire her work and broaden her perspective.
