Webinar: We are all humans first

June 22, 2020 @ 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm

Monday, June 22, 2020, 12 to 1:30 p.m., EDT, Zoom

In a brave new world of identity politics, fragmented media, and now layer on virtual workspaces and social distancing; savvy consumers with immediate access and power to communicate directly with brands using myriad channels, marketers and their brands can no longer afford cultural gaffes. Moving beyond political correctness, representation matters now more than ever before; society is on the verge of a seismic shift in power and influence where diversity and inclusion is the new normal. In this session you will learn about IDEA (inclusion, diversity, equity, accessibility) terminology and definitions, gain insights and tried and tested ideas to bring back from organizations that are championing diversity and inclusion in the marketing industry. Regardless of your own privilege we are all Humans first!

Breakfast Culture: About Us

“Culture eats strategy for breakfast.”

The famous quote from legendary management consultant and writer Peter Drucker.

Many companies invest heavily in their strategic and business plans, including their marketing and communications, only to have them fail resulting in negative publicity, a reduction in sales, or worse their stock plummets.

Why? Their corporate culture either hinders or doesn’t align with management’s vision.

BREAKFAST CULTURE is a boutique agency delivering big agency experience. We work at the intersection of marketing communications with diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI). We help organizations achieve their strategic goals and generate revenue on two fronts: externally with strategies that incorporate DEI thinking with what we call Woke Marketing and internally by helping them cultivate diverse and inclusive workplace cultures where everyone feels that they can perform to the best of their abilities, resulting in peak performance and improved business results.
