Jovita D’Sa (She/Her)
Jovita is the Communications Manager at the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals (CAIRP), where she is responsible for the development and execution of the Association’s long-term communications strategy. Her work spans executive and governance communications, stakeholder and member engagement, reputation management, media relations and digital asset management.
Jovita brings 17+ years of communications experience across financial services, professional services and technology sectors. She has held communications roles at Equifax, PwC and Unisys, and earlier in her career managed PR programs for global pharmaceutical and technology brands at agencies in New York and India.
A passionate advocate for the communications profession, she previously served on the IABC/Toronto Board as Vice President, Professional Development & Networking (2021–2022), where she led topic strategy, speaker recruitment, and event delivery.
Jovita holds a Master’s degree in Public Relations from Syracuse University and is currently pursuing her SCMP designation through GCCC.
In her spare time, Jovita loves hiking with her Labrador Argo, exploring new cuisines and travel destinations, and playing golf.
