Vice President, Finance & Association Management

Via Dulay (She/Her)

Via is the Senior Communications Manager for Spirits Canada. She is responsible for Association’s rebranding and social media, and provides strategic support and leadership in the development and execution of the long-term corporate communications plan. Via brings over 9 years of extensive communications and marketing experience to the spirits sector from many industries such as real estate, professional sports, higher education, and e-commerce.

Via comes from the food manufacturing sector, where she was the lead communications specialist and created the long-term strategic communications plan for over 500 salaried employees, and over 2000 front-line factory staff that contributed to an increase in employee satisfaction and engagement. Prior to that, Via came from the higher education sector creating and implementing Centennial College’s marketing and communications plan for the athletics department, which received Provincial recognition and was voted in by the Board of Athletic Directors to be first VP, Marketing from Centennial College for the Ontario Colleges Athletic Association.

Via has been an IABC member since 2017 and has volunteered with the Strategic Partnerships and Sponsorships Portfolio. She holds a Graduate Certificate in Corporate Communications and Public Relations from Centennial College and an undergraduate degree in Cinema and Media Studies from York University. She is currently completing her Project Management Professional (PMP) and Communications Management Professional (CMP) designations. In her spare time, Via is one of two organizers of Rainbow Hoops, a 2SLGBTQIA+ basketball league in Toronto.
